Coaching For Performance

This course explores the principles, theory and practicalities of coaching for performance within the corporate environment. The challenge of managing versus coaching has long been recognised as difficult to achieve balance. This course examines how coaching can be an effective tool necessary for today’s leaders to utilise in order to get the best out of their people. Using a blended and reflective learning approach and led by senior business leaders, delegates will benefit from intimate presentations and discussions. A measurable follow up allows review and reinforcement to ensure core coaching skills become part of delegates’ ‘leadership DNA’.
