About the Role:
I am partnering with a leading Diagnostics organisation based in the Berkshire area to secure a Group Support Manager / Service Manager to lead on all customer support functions and ensure that the strategic objectives are aligned to the company and ensures continuing improvement in customer satisfaction.
The Group Support Manager will be responsible for a team consisting of a Principal Engineer, Service Engineers, Scientific Support Specialists, Customer Support Co-ordinator, IT Support Specialist and Immuno Product Specialists.
They are looking for somebody who has proven experience of running a Diagnostics or Medical Devices Service/Support Department, is very IT literate in the sense of databases, reporting systems etc, but not from a technical point of view and someone who is both a good manager and a leader.
The right person would be analytical and methodical but with great communication skills and able to present confidently at board level.
The company are offering circa £65k+ on target bonus of £6k, company car/allowance, Private Healthcare and Life insurance.
