About the Role:
A leading company are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join their site in Galway. Do you have experience working with contract manufacturers and OEMs? If so, then you may be the Senior Manufacturing Engineer we're looking for.
What will you be doing?
As Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will contribute toward implementing and the execution of APV Supplier Controls processes at Contract and/or Sub-Contract manufacturing sites. You will be responsible for managing supplier activities related to; DFMEA, PFMEA, process qualification and validation (IQ, OQ, PQ) plans and reports, control plans, manufacturing process instructions (MPIs), and review and approve as appropriate. In addition to this, you will provide input to operating plans and budgets to identify, select and qualify suppliers/contract manufacturers.
What skills should you have?
- B.S. level 8 in Material Science or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical education
- Experience working with contract manufacturers and OEMs
Although not an essential requirement of the role, if you have experience in owning or supporting CAPA related activities, then this may benefit your application.
