About the Role:
Due to continued growth, I am pleased to be partnering once more with an innovative, pro-active proteins and antibodies manufacturing business who are going from strength to strength.
The CEO is looking for a Key Account Manager to work in partnership alongside an experienced team of Account Managers to focus on 2 key areas:
- Continue to grow existing B2B accounts globally
- Converting opportunities into future accounts
This business is unique due to it's inclusive nature and their ability to respond to market demands faster than many of their competitors.
Having worked closely with this business for a while, I have come to understand their approach to business, they are a business that encourages a strong team working environment, to the point part of your bonus would be based on a group profit share which has been anything between €14-35k.
As this is a growing SME, it is absolutely essential that the newest member to the team comes with experience within the OEM Antibodies and Protein manufacturing business.
Other experience necessary:
- Antibodies and/or Protein sales experience
- Experience of dealing with B2B accounts
- Understanding of sales within a raw materials environment
- €60-70k basic salary
- Profit share bonus equating to around €14-35k)
