The agency we're working with have gone through a large period of growth and due to this they're looking to strengthen the team further with an ETL (Editorial Team Lead). They're a small to medium sized agency with their head office in Cheshire. About twelve months ago they opened an office in Central Manchester and just last month moved to a bigger office space, having outgrown that one.
The Manchester office has a team of Senior/Medical Writers and they're looking for the ETL to take on a leadership role within this office, offering mentoring and coaching to improve the writing standard, along with doing some of the writing themselves.
This position would be ideal for a Senior Medical Writer looking to take a step up, alternatively somebody already operating at this level looking for a change would work equally as well.
