About the Role:
Change Manager (NHS - Cerner Millennium): An experienced Change Manager (NHS) is required to manage the overall change processes to facilitate the deployment and maintenance of new products and services in the NHS operational environment. This is to be based in Central London on a contract basis for an initial 6 month period.
The change manager will be responsible for identifying benefits with clinical and non-clinical business owners, securing sign-up to these benefits, and ensuring that the structure, tools and capacity are in place to deliver the benefits in each area.
You will need to demonstrate extensive knowledge of Change Management Strategy within the NHS, ideally both in the NHS and a consultancy In order to be successful within this role you will need to be a strong influencer with experience of working across a number of workstreams within an Acute and experienced at working at and influencing at board level.
For this role you will also need to have the following experience:
- Extensive experience working in the NHS.
- Excellent EPR systems knowledge specifically with the product Cerner Millennium.
