Commercial Manager - Consumer Healthcare
A thriving consumer healthcare manufacturing organisation are seeking a Commercial Manager to work at their site in Watford. Do you have experience working in a fast paced and innovative sales environment? If so, then you could be the Commercial Manager we're looking for.
What will you be doing?
As Commercial Manager, it will be your responsibility to provide support to the sales team through this exciting period of growth to create a highly motivated, high performing and award winning team. You will have the ability to recruit, manage and develop the Sales Account Management Team ensuring successful delivery of the strategic plan. In addition to this, you will actively seek new business opportunities within existing and new customers covering the Consumer healthcare retail sector.
What skills should you have?
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related discipline preferred
- Minimum 4 years working in a similar sales environment
- Knowledge and experience of: sales budgets, forecasting, EPOS data tracking and analysis, competitor intelligence, influence of range and distribution, rebates/accrual
- Experience working in a fast paced, high growth environment
