This role will involve developing and sustaining effective customer relationships at a senior level within healthcare organisations to assess their needs, map those needs against Ideal's services and capabilities, demonstrate where we can add value and then provide account management support on an on-going basis.
We are looking for a business development manager to join our professional team. You will be able to demonstrate:
- A track record of developing new business with satisfied clients
- An understanding of health systems in the NHS
- A professional client engagement approach
- The commercial awareness to front and grow service engagements
- The ability to communicate effectively with clients at a senior level
