All eyes are on the NHS to cuts costs wherever possible and the government cap on what NHS hospitals in England can spend on agency nurses and doctors has come into effect. Our clients workforce management services combine technology, shared services and onsite support to deliver greater control, reduced costs and improved efficiencies. In addition to making significant savings, their services enable the NHS to optimise financial control; governance; visibility; approvals and process efficiency. This company is set to experience huge growth over the next couple of years and are urgently looking for a new Business Development Manager in London. This is a unique opportunity and huge financial rewards for the successful applicant.
You will be selling our clients range of workforce management software to HR departments in NHS Hospital trusts. This software enables the NHS to engage with staffing suppliers and direct applicants to streamline the on boarding process and work with a transparent fee structure to keep costs and constant and efficient as possible. The technology can show a direct saving of hundreds of thousands of pounds in each NHS Trust – collectively saving the NHS many millions which is needed to pay for other services.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling products / solutions to the NHS. You are a hunter with the drive and tenacity to win new business in a competitive environment. You are professional and polished and credible dealing with Finance Director and Chief Exec level contacts and comfortable managing a sales process at this level. Successful background previously have come from technical medical device sales such as orthopaedics / cardiology etc. but my client is open to consider anyone with the sales ability and successful history. NHS sales experience is a MUST.
The commission structure means that top performers will earn £85K +
